Do you think about daily habits at all? Do you just go with the flow and take each day as it is- winging it or do you have a set plan or a set of habits that you have adopted? Today I want to talk about habit creation that is positive and good for you- some simple ways to begin positive Mama habits!
I feel like so many people talk about habits. Do this, don’t do that. Do this exercise, not that one. Eat this food, not that one. Meditate or pray, or not. Write out gratitude every day. Journal every day...good grief! It can be overwhelming and tiresome to figure it all out and what you can do to improve your daily routine a little bit at a time. It can really get very overwhelming FAST! What habits have you adopted? Are they habits that enhance your life or detract from your life? Habits make a difference and they have an impact on how you look at yourself and how you feel on a daily basis.
I’ve read a couple of books, listened to some masterclasses about tiny habits or habit stacking and basically what that means is adopting small, manageable habits one at a time and then adding on more as you are able. That's what today's episode is all about!
