029: You Will Never Do It "Right"

Today I want to talk about how it is basically impossible to do parenting “right”... someone will always judge you, call you out for something, and try to make you feel as though you are doing it wrong! It's rough to be a parent and now with social media and the like, there is a lot of judgement and people telling you that you are doing it wrong and should be doing it this way or that way. Ugh!

Our job as parents is to keep our kiddos safe, let them know that they are loved beyond words, and to teach them to be amazing human beings that are capable of going out into the world independently. With that said, what the heck is the “right” way to parent? I am no parenting expert- except that I am a parent, but in my opinion, the right way to parent is how you parent. Unless you are physically and/or mentally abusing your children, not providing them basic needs, and the like, you are doing alright! So, listen in and I'll give you my take on how I parent and after you listen, let me know your thoughts!
