Iowa's hospitality industry is still recovering from the economic effects of the pandemic. The Iowa Restaurant Association has created a second organization, the Iowa Hotel & Lodging Association, to help that aspect of the hospitality industry recover. Jessica Dunker is president and CEO of both groups. She spoke with Jeff Stein of the Iowa Business Report via ZOOM on January 26, 2022.
