EP 96 - The energetic importance of celebrating your birthday

Today it’s my birthday and for this episode I decided to talk about why it’s important to celebrate birthdays and the energetic of it.

I emphasize the importance of amplifying one's energy and manifestation potential because I’ve been experiencing this powerful energy for a few years now. I

 share personal experiences and insights on how to intentionally celebrate birthdays with self-care activities, set intentions, and raise vibrations. 

I also discuss the power of rituals and energy alignment in transforming one's life, beliefs, and fears, and I provide practical advice on how to incorporate rituals into one's life to manifest desires. 

Additionally, I highlights the importance of connecting with a higher power or the universe and understanding one's color energy for personal growth and transformation.

Learn to amplify the energy of receiving the is already within the nature of birthdays, by following the steps below:  

1. Plan something for your birthday. If it’s a day off or a whole week, make sure you tick this/those days off the calendar. You ask for holidays. You talk to your partner if you have one and you organise it in advance. Organising it means simply admin. Asking for a day a week off at work, setting your calendar without business if you have one - telling your partner you are taking time for that day.
2. If you are planning to do things or go away with other people, make sure g to have you chose people that truly make your heart sing, that truly love you and that you know you are going fun. Make sure to not invite people out of “duty” or “pity” or guilt. Remember that the point is to stay in high vibration so, the people you chose are super important.
3. If you are spending the day alone and plan or go with the flow but make sure not to use the day to catch up on things that are not conducive to high vibration. Instead, make sure to chose activities and go places that make you happy.
4. Connect to nature. Nature is a powerful high vibrational tool that will be so beneficial for you!
5. Set intentions and dream big. I normally look back at the year just passed, remember where I was the year before at that Tim and what I had set up to do for the year and draw my conclusion. You will realise that you have achieved way more than you thought, you are in a better place and if you are not in a better place, you’ll know the lessons you needed to learn.

8. Set your intentions, your goals, tune into your dreams
