I'm back again, with another solo episode! This is a very unique episode in that it's based on a video I did recently where I got some help interviewing the Heart-centered Energy Work™ guides, who actually tell us their real name. I wanted to get some more information from the HEW™ Guides about the process. So far, I'd received the full download of how the process works (and I'm still learning new ways of working with it), but I didn't have any background information on where the process originated. I asked my friend Cara Wilde to help interview the guides as I channeled them.
