I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Anna Wood. Like many of my guests, I first discovered her on Instagram. I've been super inspired by her practice of mindful sea swimming.
Years ago, when I lived in Mexico, I was a big sea swimmer. Since I moved to England, that never occurred to me—yet I have a few friends who are avid sea swimmers. Because most of my adventures take place on land, I've been increasingly interested in exploring water adventures, like sea swimming.
In this episode, we talk all about sea swimming—more as a mindfulness exercise than a physical exercise. We discuss the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of sea swimming, and Anna shares how to get started. I hope this episode inspires you to consider new types of adventures!
