I'm back again, with another solo episode! Today I'm talking about how to create more ease and flow in business (and life!). Ease is something I've really struggled with over the years (yes, I'm aware of the irony of that statement). I tend to operate from a place of pushing, rather than allowing, despite the fact that ALLOW was my word of the year for 2017 (I talk more about that in this episode). So it's probably no surprise that a lot of the work that I do, both with myself and with clients, involves helping them to take action more easily. They say that you teach what you most need to learn, and that's certainly true in my case! I hope you enjoy this episode.
