This episode is very much unplugged if you will, and I must!
We discuss how to cope with crippling fear, or I do and you listen. Its horribly one sided. But basically we go on an even more rambling journey with very little preparation to get to something called a Fear Dog, designed to help you if you are neurodiverse or even if you are not.
On the way we encounter: making order out of the knife and fork drawer, my gran Edna, the tower of madness, H P Lovecraft, Dean Stockwell, conspiracy theories, Ryu and what it is to be 'normal'. Eventually we get to the Fear Dog but I'm barely sure it's worth it.
