Cosmos Restaking Layer, Milky Way, to Deploy Sovereign Rollup on Initia

Milky Way is back for another episode! This time, they've announced their pivot to a full sovereign rollup on the modular stack. It started as a liquid staking token of TIA shortly after Celestia launched. Now, they're building a full L2 on top of Initia that will act as the restaking layer for the Initia and modular ecosystems.
