#28 Reconnecting with self

Today we begin discussing the physical and spiritual world. In March I went to a camp with Ryan Niddel and 12 other men.  In one evolution we were given a tool to connect with our inner spiritual self. This was an modified version of a evolution from Wake Up Warrior that was changed to allow us to discover an ability we have always had but attenuated.    Take a listen and leave a review to let me know what you think.
