Emotions are the GPS of our soul and can be a guide and compass in our lives. The first step is getting comfortable and simply allowing ALL emotion.
When I started on this path of personal discovery over 10 years ago I realized how closed off I was to feeling any emotion other than happy. I know so many of you can relate. And this is a muscle I continue to build and work on. I’m better now than I was 2 years ago or 5 years ago and way better than I was 10 years ago.
Many of us aren’t taught emotional wellness in schools or through our families, my intention for this episode is to open the conversation and shed light on the world of emotion.
Emotions are simply energy in motion and my hope is that all of us get comfortable with them in order to use them to show us what’s working and what’s not in order to experience more fulfillment, more purpose and more clarity.
