Cambium connects that would-be wasted material to their network of sawmills and then into big national buyers.

Their Carbon Smart Wood product diverts waste, creates local jobs, and supports community tree planting with 15% of profits funding local planting.

Theo has cultivated his career around building businesses that are good for people and the planet.

He is driven by systems thinking and principles behind steady state and donut economics to build truly regenerative economies.

As COO and co-founder of Cambium Carbon he oversees the standardization of operations to connect more salvaged material to national demand partners. In his free time he likes ultra running, handstands, and sketching trees.
