Todays Recipes: Healthy Green Smoothie, Avocado Pineapple Smoothie and Blueberry Blast Smoothie

1. Healthy Green Smoothie

  • 2 cups water
  • Large handful of kale
  • Handful of strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed or flaxseed meal
  • 1 scoop Juice Plus Complete (chocolate or vanilla)

2. Avocado Pineapple Smoothie

  • 10 oz coconut water
  • ½ avocado
  • Handful of spinach
  • Frozen pineapple
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 scoop Juice Plus Complete (vanilla or your choice)

3. Blueberry Blast Smoothie

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup almond milk (or preferred plant milk)
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup blueberries (frozen)
  • ½ cup mixed greens
  • 2 tbsp chia or flaxseed
  • 1 scoop Juice Plus Complete (chocolate)
