Ingredients:

- 1 onion, diced

- 2 cups cooked pumpkin (fresh or canned)
- 2 pounds ground turkey or 90/10 ground beef
- 1 can Cannellini beans (or pinto beans)
- Spices: Chili powder (regular & hot), cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper
- Optional toppings: Oyster crackers or herbs
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil and sauté onions, sweet potatoes, and peppers.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, and spices, then stir in ground meat.
