Lyme Disease in My Animals and Me

After battling Lyme Disease for two years, I share my story and symptoms as well as those experienced by Dolly (my horse), Oksar (my dog) and other animals during communication sessions.  

I talk about treatments including Doxycycline and Homeopathy and the importance of an anti-inflammatory diet and proper nutrition. Sleep, self-care and supportive healing modalities, including experiences of acupuncture and chiropractic are also discussed. 

Lyme can be a challenging diagnosis and illness. I hope by sharing my story and the stories of my animals, it can help humans become aware and notice when they or their animal friends seem "off" and not quite right. Lyme manifests in a multiple of ways and I encourage listeners and clients to be vigilant about testing and treatment.
