Tonight, we have a great conversation with Bhakti Perez, chair of Climb.Heal.Overcome. Climb.Heal.Overcome provides support and healing from sexual and domestic abuse through community and epic outdoor adventures in and around the tri-state area.  Our participants experience free outdoor programming that empowers them to hike, climb, paddle and bike beyond their traumas.  By working with the very best mental health professionals and outdoor adventure specialists, and curates the journey to empowerment and recovery. We also talk about Bhakti's most funny and terrifying moments while out on the trail.

We take a dive into the great Kaaterskill Hotel that once existed in the Catskills on top of South Mountain.
