Our special guest, from the hit series, "Grey's Anatomy", is actor Will Martinez, who joins us to chat all about how he got started in the industry, the excitement of being cast as the lead in a film while still in high school and then the disappointment he felt when the film did come out right away. He also talks about the importance of knowing how to act on a set, learning everything you can while on set, and treating people with respect. He then shares his thoughts on making the decision to step away from acting and focus on living his life for bit before jumping back in and landing roles on "Law & Order: Organized Crime" and "Grey's Anatomy".
