Kate created a tasty, portable, organic, whole foods energy bar with the premise that the taste and quality of her food must match the amazing experiences of her adventures.    After years of sharing, she finally brought her recipes to customers, with the aspiration of inspiring more people to eat healthier, eat organic, and get outside to adventure.
