Continuous improvement 3. Focusing on the user Nicole also provides three specific tools. They are: 1. Star mapping - Determine nine attributes of someone you want to hire. What is going to give you an advantage in the market? 2. Structuring the interview process - Predetermine your questions as a team and ask in the same order. 3.
