Indianapolis Colts - Chris Ballard owns mediocrity, but Irsay can inherit it! Hoosiers tonight!

Chris Ballard's record as GM - minus is very first year, a terrible 4-12 season - is a perfectly mediocre 57-57-12, with zero AFC South crowns and one playoff win. If that doesn't get a GM fired after eight seasons, the Colts are not a serious operation devoted to winning.

Jim Irsay, if he chooses to retain Ballard, must then be the target of all future blame because he refused to fix his mistakes.

Indiana Basketball under Mike Woodson is a little different as the Hoosiers take on Rutgers tonight with two outstanding freshmen.
