You’ve landed the job, and now you’re about to start working in a new German office. But as if starting a new job wasn’t exciting enough, adapting to a new workplace culture can feel a bit overwhelming. Nevena Paesler and Eva Tarabichi. Nevena is an intercultural and career coach based in Bonn, Germany, originally from Bulgaria. Eva is a German business coach & intercultural trainer. Together they founded Growing together in NRW with the aim to support both internationals and companies in the integration process.
