EP16 - relationships are hard sometimes! whether it's a relative, boyfriend, girlfriend, bestie or even at work, they take time and effort. something i have struggled with, and i know some of you have too, is remaining authentic within them and reminding myself of what i truly want and need rather than altering my life to please others. in this episode, i get real about my relationships, the things i have learnt and share my advice on dealing with jealousy, communicating boundaries and navigating self-growth with another person. enjoy! x
