Often times someone says or does something one time. One singular incident. And once it’s over, we choose to replay that event in our head over and over and over again.  Maybe we are in the shower trying to think of our comeback line or maybe every time we are talking to our bestie we find we are talking about that same incident over and over. When we do this, we are essentially dying by a thousand self inflicted cuts.
