This is an audio of a short gratitude practice, which can be used as a daily tool to help you be in a state of gratefulness. It is based on the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui - the Founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.
Though it can be practiced at any time during the day, it is ideal to be used either in the morning before you begin with your daily chores, or right before you go to bed. This will help to tune your subconscious mind to remain in the state of gratefulness for as long as possible.
