Jack grew up as a tall, lanky, lean footballer and struggled to use his size on the field. He eventually learnt how to build muscle, strength and athleticism over the following years into the complete athlete he aspired to be.
In this episode Jack shares his tips and suggestions for other young athletes who are struggling to put size on and are under-muscled in their sport.
