Meet Kathryn! 

Kathryn is the owner of GYROTONIC® Seacoast in North Hampton, NH.  Kathryn's story of how she found her way into the boutique fitness industry is truly unique!  Kathryn is a former opera singer who was a traditional personal trainer during the day.  She eventually her way to pilates and then ultimately to the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®.   

In this interview we talk about how Kathryn was able to call on her past experiences working in multiple studios and gyms before she opened up her own space.  Lot of little nuggets of knowledge from Kathryn today!
