She owns the cutest little activewear shop here in Wilmington, NC where I love to go and spend all my money.  :) 

Lauren not only has years of experience in the retail industry she also is a certified yoga teacher and teaches just a few door down from my own studio!  So combining her two loves was just a natural fit.
