The Cocaine Wars burn hot and fast in the early 1980s. Miami police detectives form a task force called CENTAC 26 to combat drug violence, but their effort is short lived. The U.S. government creates a larger task force to hunt the bigger players in the business. The federal task force makes two big arrests related to Jon Roberts’ operation, but Jon and Mickey Munday adapt and continue their smuggling business. And Griselda Blanco’s years of warfare, drug use, and paranoia take their toll. She makes a major change, but her time is running out.
