#002 - If I had to choose just one area of life where incremental upgrades have been the most transformative, it would be this. Losing 50 pounds was no easy feat in the first place, but keeping it off for over 10 years has been truly life-changing.

There's so much more to unpack on this topic than I can possibly cover in a single half hour episode, but the intention today is to touch on a mindset shift to prevent self sabotage, the most effective "diet" (spoiler alert: not a literal diet!), and what I've found to be the most helpful habit to shift my relationship with food along the way.
