Finding Peace Amid Holiday Blues

#012 - Merry Christmas, friends! As much as I love the holidays, they can bring up a pretty mixed bag of emotions, so if you've encountered some holiday blues, you're definitely not alone. Our individual experiences are all different, but a pattern we may have in common is an expectation -- even if it's an unintentional one -- that the peace and joy we're hoping for will come from something, someone, or somewhere other than within ourselves. We've all been there, and the good news is that holding space for our own peace really is a gift we can give ourselves.
