#004 - Self doubt can be a sneaky thief, especially when we’re on the brink of a big change, and it’s robbed even the most inspiring people I know. The bad news is that I don’t think self doubt ever fully disappears if you’re the type of person who’s constantly growing and evolving, but the good news is that there’s always something you can do to feel better.

Here’s what's coming up in today’s episode:

  • A sense of solidarity in knowing you’re not alone if self doubt is trying to talk you out of something you know you want
  • The problem with using affirmations alone to try to shift negative self talk
  • A 3-step technique I’ve been using for years to shift out from underneath a black cloud level of self doubt into an overall good place where anxious thoughts are much easier to manage in the moment
  • A shortcut version to take the edge off when you’re in an overall good place but notice little sneaky self doubts showing up

As always, I'll share a little quick win clarity question and some practical inspired actions to help you make the idea your own, and I truly hope you find them as helpful as I have!
