Today, we continue the conversation with the Aussie founder of Full Spectrum Education.  With his Masters in Education & Behavioural Psychology combining with his leading roles in the Qld educational system, Ben Maher was the perfect guy to storm in to the market with an individualized youth academic coaching company.  His capacity to innovate on “tutoring” by ensuring that the one-on-one sessions are led by registered and practicing teachers means they fulfill on their motto that “we don't tell students what to do, we teach them how to do it.”

In this current social climate where school is on hold for who knows how long and kids are learning from home with an expectation of managing their online learning,  parents are quickly realizing the challenges posed by internally motivated schooling. Our chat with Ben today will focus on how we can begin to throw a life-raft out to many parents and educators who may need some expert support.

His business also provides a no-hassle way for teachers to become consistently paid tutors - which serves another need in the community right now as work has grinded to a halt in many sectors.

Ben, are you ready to dive into this so we can give parents some hope, kids some empowerment, teachers some peace and the entrepreneurs some hope??

With a degree in biopsychology representing my country of Canada in beach volleyball, retiring from sport into mindset and purpose coaching, I now spend my days running Chatta-box Media, where we aim to story-tell for brands through the medium of podcasting, all while raising an eight-year-old daughter with my partner of 24 years. We are now in season seven of this podcast, featuring a special series on women called who Knew that Was Work aimed at young women who want to broaden their horizon when it comes to career choosing.
