For the past two years Robert Colvin has been touring the US as the Standby for Elder Price in The Book of Mormon.
Prior to The Book of Mormon, Rob played Robbie in the UK tour of Dirty Dancing, eventually becoming the Standby for Johnny. His other credits include: Warner in Legally Blonde (Opéra Garnier, Monaco/Upstairs at the Gatehouse), Jimmy in Thoroughly Modern Millie (Adelphi Theatre), Danny in Grease (Belinda King) and Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat (UK tour).
He has since taken over as Elder Price in the UK & European Tour of The Book of Mormon.
West End Frame Editor, Andrew Tomlins, recently sat down with Rob during a break from The Book of Mormon for a really fun but honest conversation. Rob discusses his career so far, his ambitions and biggest hurdles.
