#16 - Are You REALLY Ok?

Today, I’m chatting with my cousin Estee! She’s hilarious and wise, and she used to be a puppy named Rachel. We start goofy, and honestly, her vote of confidence on Totino’s pizza rolls is enough for a brand deal, imo. As we dive into the episode, she shares her story about her mental health crisis and her journey moving forward. I’m grateful to Estee for sharing all of this in a vulnerable, honest, and thoughtful way. Her experience is full of hardship but also a lot of hope.
