Homesteading, Living in Alaska and Self Reliance with Keith Syers

Keith Syers from the History Channel’s Alone Season 7 joins us for today’s show. Keith and his wife, Jen, are homesteaders in Kentucky where they raise livestock, harvest wildlife, and wild edibles from the land like mushrooms & wild greens. Keith is an avid traditional bow hunter, as well as a very talented black powder rifle builder. He uses his rifles and trad bow equipment to harvest most of their wild protein that he pursues on his own property, along with the vast amounts of public land that our great nation offers.
