MILITARY - Navy Seal, Sam Blair on Leading with Love, Not Status

Sam Blair is a former Navy SEAL officer with over a decade of global leadership experience. As a SEAL, he led elite teams and taught Leadership and Ethics at the U.S. Naval Academy. He has traveled to over 50 countries and deployed across Africa, the Middle East, and South America. After leaving the military, Sam became a SkillBridge Fellow at a venture capital firm, founded and sold The Frassati Company—specializing in executive culture and communication—and now serves as CEO of Valletta Industries, a leading government contracting firm. Sam holds an MBA from Cornell University, a leadership certificate from Georgetown, an executive certification from MIT, and a degree in Theology from Franciscan University. He resides in Covington, Louisiana with his wife Lauren and their three children.
