Laura highlights using Burchard’s high-performance journal.  She credits the structured planning for gaining clarity.  Laura gets clear about what needed to happen that day, and the mindset of "how do I want to show up? And who do I want to be?" 

Keith reflects on overcoming imposter syndrome in monetizing his work. He frames self-doubt as a reoccurring, but passing feeling rather than a permanent identity. This allows him to reclaim agency and move forward through the tension that comes with growth.  

Growth isn’t passive. Through integrating focused planning, energy audits, and other growth habits, Laura and Keith aim to design lives of intention and purpose—no waiting required.
