The responsibility of life changing choices

Knowledge is empowering - once you know better, you have the ability to do better. 

But - sometimes we wish we didn't know certain things - because that means we have to make a choice: Ignore the new knowledge OR implement the change - and embrace the impact the change will bring. 

Is this a barrier for you if you want to develop yourself further? Once you know new things - are you ready to implement the change and are you prepared for that change?

We talk today about managing that change - perhaps we need to give ourselves permission to go slowly, to get things wrong, and feel annoyed by the responsibility of the new knowledge...
