It involves a level of psychological safety - allowing people to feel vulnerable with their team and feeling safe in this space to say their words - and to receive their words. 

This is important for people relationships - growing together as a team - understanding how others perceive you - what you bring to the team environment. 

When was the last time you told your teammates how they positively impact your day?
