Leadership development efforts are a total waste of money!

Worldwide, $356 billion is spent by organisations on leadership development efforts. A survey of over 300 organisations said that over 75% felt that these programmes weren't very effective because most of this development overlooks the foundations of how leaders think, learn and behave - their mindset!
