Holding up the mirror with self awareness

In this episode, we explore self-awareness.

The theory of self-awareness, developed by Duval & Wicklund, 1972, states that - it's based on the idea that you're not your thoughts - you are the thinker which is separate from your thoughts. 

We look at this theory and talk about how we can use it to develop our thinking, feelings and behaviour in everyday life.
