Confidence is a beautiful and important trait to have. In this episode, we're looking at how confidence impacts all we do.

Confidence always shines through when we're putting ourselves out there - we all have it. But are we overthinking it - are we using it as an excuse not to put ourselves out there - to keep ourselves back?

Is that because we see confidence as arrogance? Or is there a difference?
