Are you 'all or nothing' or 'slow and steady wins the race'?

We've realised we actually disagree with each other on something! Shock horror!

Fay is very much an 'all or nothing' kind of person.

Becki is more 'slow and steady wins the race'.

We both have the same goal at the moment - but we're approaching it from different ways. We'll have to wait to see which may work better - if any!
