Actions speak louder than words

In this episode, we're looking at how our behaviours go before us to show our actions - and how our actions can speak louder than words. 

Notably, and still, just about topical, we were impressed by the Japanese Football Team, displaying their 'off the pitch' behaviours during the World Cup 2022 - and the behaviours of their fans. 

Are your actions congruent with how you speak? Are those of your team? What could you do differently to 'show' your values through your behaviours?
