#deportation to your home country after committing a crime is not the end of the story. we would need to analyze what the crime was, what the sentence was, and whether it makes you inadmissible, and/or whether it makes you an #aggravated #felon. if so, we can try to go back to criminal court and vacate or reduce the #conviction so that you're not considered an aggravated felon. if successful, we could make a motion to reopen the immigration Court proceedings or the board of immigration appeals proceedings so that it would show you are no longer deportable and should not have been #deported. they would then parole you back into the United states, upon which you would have your case #terminated and your status #reinstated.#leadgeneration #tiktoklawyer #immigrationlawyer @Brian D.
