👧 When I was a child, a particular letter anonymous, circulated, demanding of retransmission at least 10 copies. It involved the Spanish or Japanese imperativo(ask or demand tense), which if wrongly used, it might inflict bad outcomes as the letter said at first if not to re-mail, bad luck came soon. I was located in northern Taiwan where the Spanish occupied about 20 years and then came the Netherlanders, Chinese, and Japanese which is still lot spoken today. In japanese, there are imperativo too. If mis-employing the male words, could be a disgrace or..That particular letter in Chinese seemed to teach the people to avoid troubles ... and hints of Taiwanese historical backgrounds .. Check it. 🥰
