What do you want in the next year? I think many of us are scared to have a happy new year. We purposely don't want to get clear on what a happy new year looks like for us because we're afraid we won't meet our goals, and we know it will be painful.
I just wrote out my goals for 2020. Some of them scare me. Some of them are edgey and confrontational. But if we're not clear and very specific on our goals, you're not going to achieve them.
