This is a deep dive Bible study podcast where we go through books of the Bible, verse-by-verse, to dig deeper into God's word to understand it to its fullest so that we may be empowered to mature in our relationship with Christ. We cover contextual teaching and other topics that may be relevant to the text such as: history, apologetics, and topical subjects.
We believe that the Bible is the inerrant, Holy Spirit inspired, word of God. The Bible is God's revealed revelation to mankind to teach us about Him. If we want to be spirit led within our lives, then we need to be in His word, allowing Him to speak to us and transform us from the inside out.
In Jeremiah 23:29, God says, "is not my word like fire, and like a hammer that breaks rocks". In context, God is speaking against false prophets and people who lie and deceive in the name of God. The world today is just as lost as ever, with false teaching and lies hiding behind every corner. We believe it's important to read and understand God's word for ourselves and have a biblical, not cultural, understanding of who God is and what He is saying to us.
So please join us as we explore God's word that is like fire and allow it to ignite a spark in your heart to tear down any barriers keeping you from walking in the fullness of a relationship with Jesus Christ.
