Maureen Dowd is notorious for her searing commentary on American politics. A columnist for The New York Times since 1983, she’s covered nine presidential elections, including those involving Reagan, both Bushes, Clintons Bill and Hillary, Obama, and of course Donald Trump. She was in conversation with her friend and fellow journalist Julia Baird.
