This week Jo Youle meets the "other half" of island Retreat company Ibiza Retreats,  Susie howell.

In this edition we talk about Self Care, having a "routine" plan, panic attacks, anxiety and ways to cope with it all when it gets too much. 

We also hear Susie's unique journey to live here after finding herself on a retreat more then 8 years ago and missing her flight several times.....the usual ibiza tale!
